Bishop Ozro T. Jones Sr. (1891-1972) Ozro T. Jones Sr. accepted Christ in 1912 and immediately started his evangelistic ministry. He was appointed president of the Young Peoples Willing Workers (YPWW), the national youth department of the Church of God in Christ, in 1914 and became a pioneer in youth work. In 1916 he founded, authored and edited the Young Peoples Willing Workers Quarterly Topics, a series of weekly Bible lessons addressing timely issues facing Christian youth. His many accomplishments range from being appointed pastor of Holy Temple Church in Philadelphia in 1925, appointed state overseer 1926, founding the international youth congress in 1928, consecrated a Bishop in 1933, authoring the Official Manual of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) in 1957, to being elected 2nd Senior Bishop of the Church Of God In Christ in 1962 after the death of COGIC founder, Bishop C.H. Mason.
Bishop O. T. Jones Jr. (1922-2008) Dr. O.T. Jones Jr. was the eldest son of Bishop and Mother O.T. Jones, Sr. He was a five time graduate of Temple University, culminating with a Doctorate in Sacred Theology. He accepted Christ in 1935 and was called to the ministry shortly thereafter. His illustrious career includes: Youth Leader of Holy Temple COGIC 1941; missionary to Liberia, West Africa, 1949-53; Pastor of Memorial COGIC in Haverford, Pa., 1953; second president of the International Youth Congress COGIC; Associate Pastor of Holy Temple Church in 1963, and Pastor of Holy Temple in 1972 when Bishop Ozro T. Jones Sr. passed. Succeeding his father, he was consecrated Jurisdictional Bishop in 1973. After successfully serving in this capacity, he was elected to the General Board of COGIC and served 4 terms. During his final term he was appointed Second Assistant Presiding Bishop of Church of God in Christ, Worldwide in 1997.

Elder E. Thurston Jones(b.1956), is the younger of two sons of former National Trustee Walter B. and Sis. Juanita Jones. He is the grandson of the late Senior Bishop Ozro T. Jones Sr. and the nephew of the late Bishop O.T. Jones Jr. Elder Jones accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 12. He has an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island (graduating cum laude); a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Education from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts (graduating with honors), and a Master�s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. He holds certification as an elementary principal in the state of Pennsylvania. In the summer of 1975, after completing his degree culinary from Johnson & Wales, Elder Jones heard the call from the Lord to start a ministry for children. He founded Camp Summerlove, a Christian day camp located at Holy Temple Church in West Philadelphia. He directed camp every summer from 1976 through 2001, hosting upwards to 120 children weekly. In 1982, overnight camp was added and operated for 17 years under his tenure. He has served as a missionary to Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and the Dominican Republic. Currently, Elder Jones wears dual occupational hats. He not only pastors St. Paul�s Church of God in Christ, but he is also an elementary school teacher in the Cheltenham School District. He has been teaching for over 29 years. Elder Jones is married to Patricia Hughes Jones, M.D. who is an ordained missionary. They and their three children live in Philadelphia. His ambition is to instill a basic principle into members of the Body of Christ: to understand that �We are disciples, making disciples.�
