A dream became a reality. My fi rst cookbook, Elegant Desserts and Sweet Temptations, has been a huge success. I started writing Sweet Taste of Elegance shortly after completing my fi rst. This cookbook is fi lled with �Helpful Hints and Useful Knowledge.� All the recipes are tried-and-true. I have created many of these recipes; some, however, are from my mother�s collection, and some are from dear friends and family.

Summary The recipes within this books can be prepared at home whether amateur or professional. I wrote this book because I became frustrated researching my library for specific recipes. Many times not finding that one particular recipe. I began to develop my own recipes creating that special dessert I can call my own. Some might be a little unorthodox. Read over all recipes carefully before you start and the end result will be perfect and satisfying. Having all the necessary ingredients before hand will alleviate and unforseen last minute running back to the grocery store. Measure ingredients and following instructions are essential. The web is a helpful tool to an extent, but I find the same recipes sight after sight. There is nothing more enjoyable than a good cookbook . This is truly a good cookbook for everyone to enjoy. I enjoy relaxing in the evening reading my favorite cook book. Bill enjoys making various templates and stencils. Making them from plastic garage- sale signs and craft foam sheets. I use various size cans and PVC pipes, also using vinyl strips for the protective sleeves I use in many mousse desserts. . These are reusable and I’ll be glad to send them to you. His expertise in this field has become monumental in my career. Bill has been the back bone during the many years of creating and developing new recipes and ideas for me. I also want to thank my submission representative Rosselle Fabrez, she has been a “Gem” and is extremely helpful and patient . I will keep on creating and you can keep on enjoying.
