The author feels that parents and/ or caregivers are responsible for providing the best opportunity experience that higher education has to offer. Further, responsible parties should confidently encourage them attend institutions of higher learning. By confidently, he means, knowing that there is a real possibility and available funds. The investment should start when the child is a toddler. Beware and observe the child’s interest and strengths-then encourage, encourage. Many people say it’s not for every one; I say give every child the funds so they can make that decision themselves. The author feels in today's society many parents and other responsible parties speak to children about attending schools of higher learning through strong encouragement but are we not willing or able to put the money aside for that day. We say that the government has a lot of programs for higher education and many of them you don’t have to pay back. But if there is a question of who has the problem pay them back, many of us will raise our hands and will be the first to say that I don’t need my child getting that kind of aid. I’m not saying the assistance we get from the government is not successful. I’m asking that the parents and guardians of our children play bigger roles when it comes to getting the children to a higher level of education. As parents, we are guilty of spending many of my resources on other things when raising our children. I realized I needed to put some back before getting the things that aren’t going to last. I believe that we can satisfy ourselves with the things that this country has, such as homes, new cars, games for our children, and clothes that have well-known names. The sad thing is when the homes are gone. After three years, many of the cars have problems; the clothes we bought have gone out of style. The money we spent over the years while raising our children many of us put ourselves in a financial bin. When and if graduation time comes, we attend our children’s ceremonies; and we sit there realizing we have no plan for our child. When you turn and look at them and say ask, what are you going to do now? Just think of the way they might look and feel. The government will work to make sure every child that attends any school starting from ages 5 to 19, parents, guardians or agencies have the responsibility of every child being placed in the child fund, Design kids /advance (policy), 3% or 6%. I feel that the children will know they are not just getting help from their teacher, they are getting help from the government, guardians and agencies as well; making sure they get needed opportunities. The author wants to make sure that when a child asks another child what they are going to do when he or she graduates; they are able to say, “I’m going to complete a higher level of education; instead of, “I don’t know!” This vision will help many kids such as: Children who drop out There are many reasons why children drop out of schools but one of the main reasons is because of the pressure they feel when trying to meet the objectives of schools or teachers set. When many of the parent’s gradients or agencies should be more involve by communicating with the children in developing objectives. Many of classroom objectives or set so high that the below average discouraged and tends to listen less each day until they do not fin what goal the find those goal interesting in class anymore so either cut classes or feeling the need not to attend at all. Parent if we invest back into our children changes in the drop out rate will go down and children will go back to schools with their own goals in mind. Children doing crime The vision will help police officer focus on crime that does not involve children. They can feel much safer knowing that an average child is in his class trying use the child fund to stay off the streets were there is trouble for young children today. Families that are on government assistance Parents who are on government assistance will be responsible for allowing the government to take a percent for each child before receiving the full amount of the assistance that is given to the house hole. I understand your today’s struggle, but understand back in the days when I came all parents struggle for us to make. The child has to have that opportunity and we need to focus on his or her future. The government assistance programs need to let the children know that there is something there for them when the exit the doors of high schools. Parents who pay child support Parents who pay child support will be glad to know fighting on how the money is being use for the child. The parents who pay child support many of them have fallen out about what how the many is been spent on the child or how is that doing in school. Any parent who carries the child on the income tax will be responsible for the percentage for each child. There are many programs out there the deal with children, programs such as: adoption agents, Mc Donald house cancer centers, home with batter children, and more when have to give the child the same opportunities. Military Services Many of our young children that come out of the high school are discouraged from signing up for military services. Back when I was growing up going in the service was the thing to do such as: traveling, going to a university, have an income, living in different countries, protecting your country and many more. But know children are would weather hang around the state they live rather then venture and see other countries. Today if the government was to adapt the child funds when a child graduate for school he will inter into the service with one third of the fund in the policy that they parent put into. Many of our military man and women or married or will get married so the money that they receive from the child fund will enable to start much batter life when serving there time. Being an athlete There are millions if not billions of children who dream of being professional athletes. Many universities around the world would love to have your child on there team but there are only so many scholarships that a university can give. Although your child was great but as we say in sports his or her number wasn’t call, then we sit around asking why. Well let’s go back when your child first started playing sports maybe at the age of 5 when you first attended his or her first performance, we knew that they were going to be professionals’ athlete all the way threw until they graduate and a scholarship is not offered. Graduation is over you and the family sit there in disbelieve heads down feeling very surprised and disappointed he or she didn’t get a scholarship, the only thing you could say is its ok. Well it’s not ok to tell a child his dream is over they exit the door of high schools. The vision I have will give them a change to extend there dream threw the funding the parents, gradients of agencies. No pass no play Many of our children dream of trying to make to college level but because of the low grades many of them are put off extra activities, this bring low confidence to this child when we tell them they can’t do something they love. We are having them believe the a low grades are not expectable when they are doing the best to make below hard C or a tuff D, especially younger children so parents why can’t we help them reach there gold. Wouldn’t it be great to use my vision and advance them to the next level when leaving high school with the tuff grade and maybe do it again on college level? The entertainment- Many of our children who don’t play sports or not academic incline wish to be in some kind of entertainment rather it’s singing a song, rapping it taping, acting or etc. Many of our children get there hopes and dreams from the people most adults dislike Unlike many of our professional people in society who don’t want to look at these entertainers as young entrepreneur that have bet the odds by creating a business they love. These are young business people who have given many of our children hopes that they have the potential of become something in life. Parents this is business young people are making a living, it puts bread on their tables and send their kids to batter schools. Do I call them role models, do they call themselves role models. I thank they call themselves entrepreneurs something they have been good in all there lives. I speak of entertainer because less face it weather you like them are not many of our children follow the arties because they understand what they are saying when know one else is listen. Parents, realize, you can fund you child education. Teachers- Parents I have been involve in education for over 20 years I know for a fact that teachers would like two things to happen in education. First is to be treating with respect when being involve in their professional and second parent be more involve with helping the kids succeed. Many of teacher take the role of a parent as well as a teaching realizing it takes away instructional time. Teachers do want to make sure that you feel that you are leaving you child in safe hands when leaving them at school. But let’s not forget that they have a professional responsibility to your child to make sure he or she gets the skill and confidents needed to move on to the next grade. Parents I need you to put my vision in place not only will you be more involved in the education part of the children’s lives, you will help decide what they want to be in life. To conclude parents in order to have a complete life of your own, you must first complete your children’s lives. Let’s advance our children by helping teachers before your child exit the door of high schools. Parents realize that you can fund your child future education
