CHAPTER 1. INTERESTING WATER FACTS
Water is by far the most common substance on earth. It covers more than 70 percent of the surface of the earth. It fills the oceans, rivers, and lakes, and is in the ground and in the air we breathe. Water is everywhere. In fact, every living thing consists mostly of water. Your body is about two-thirds water. A chicken is about three-fourths water, and a pineapple is about four-fifths water. Most scientists believe that life itself began in water. Without water, there can be no life.
Scientists believe that there is as much water on the earth today as there ever was or ever will be. Almost every drop of water we use finds its way back to the oceans and it returns as rain. Water can be stored as ice, and it is never used up because water is used and reused over and over again.
Other than for drinking, or bathing, most people don't spend much time thinking about water, and they are probably unaware of two recent discoveries. Scientists now know some facts about the nature of water which to me are nothing short of amazing:
1. Water molecules change as a response to outside written, verbal, and visual stimulus.
2. Water can carry information at the molecular level, and this information can be shared with other water molecules and living organisms.
It turns out that water, the most common substance on the planet can be changed by mere thoughts and focused intent. This is earthshaking news. At least it is to me. This idea has changed my life and, when you finish reading this book, it is my prediction, that the information and ideas presented in this book will change your life as well.
Dr. Masaru Emoto is a researcher from Japan who became fascinated with the mystery of water. He is the chief of the Hado Institute. Hado ( rhymes with shadow ) means: The intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. The hado is the smallest unit of energy. Dr. Emoto claims it is the basis of the energy of human consciousness.
In Japan, Hado consciousness has become part of the language. People comment on the hado of a place or person and its strength or weakness. When you hear more about this I suspect that you will be as fascinated as I was.
His experiments focused on water crystals. He took samples of water and froze them. Then using a microscope with a camera he photographed the crystals. They were stunning, like no jewelry you have ever seen. The crystals from different water samples were not the same. He soon concluded that pure water forms a perfect crystal, but contaminated water may not crystallize at all, or if it does, it is not as attractive or magnificent as a crystal formed by freezing pure water.
Dr. Masaru Emoto continued his experiments and his discoveries became even more remarkable. In one experiment, Dr. Emoto contacted five hundred instructors all over Japan. He told them that he would be placing a cup of tap water on his desk at a precise time. At that time the instructors were to mentally send messages of love to the water. The volunteer instructors were to mentally transmit the hope that the water in Dr. Emotos coffee cup would become clean.
The before and after photos of this experiment are astounding. The crystal from the sample taken before the test, was distorted, almost ugly and unsymetrical, but the water crystal formed after the test was a spectacularly beautiful specimen in the shape of a six pointed star. The "after test" crystal resembled an intricate flower.
This test confirmed to the Doctor that the thoughts and prayers of many people can be gathered and focused regardless of their geographical location or proximity to each other. It suggests that we can purify our own ordinary tap water through thoughts and words.
In another experiment Dr. Emoto shows that the intent of the programming words used on the water samples is also important. In this experiment he took some distilled water and divided it into two bottles. Each bottle was given a label and the label was attached with tape. One label read, "Do It" and the other label read, "Let's Do It".
In the photos both samples are quite beautiful, and my sketches do not do them justice. However they do illustrate the dramatic change achieved just by altering the programming phrase on the labels. Remember that this test used distilled water. The sample from the "Do It" resembles an atom with a nucleus, but the "Let's Do It" sample strongly resembles the six sided star pattern seen in the earlier experiment.
It is interesting to point out that the crystals appear to behave to the labeling (suggestion / programming) in much the way that the subconscious reacts to hypnotic suggestions. Command suggestions like "You will loose weight or stop smoking" do not work well. But if these suggestions are presented in a more pleasant (and cooperative) manner then they are better received. The "Do It" sample clearly did not respond as well as the "Let's Do It" sample.
In this book you will have to rely on black and white sketches to see examples of what I am so excited about. But you can see these in color on the internet visit http:www.hado.net or to purchase copies of Dr. Masaru Emoto's 2 books, Messages from Water, Vol. 1, and Messages from Water, Vol. 2. and are available in the USA from: Shifting Frequencies, PO Box 702956, Dallas, TX 75370-2956 (972-378-1211). Other sources for the purchase of his books are listed on the www.hado.net web site.
Once you see these images for yourself and understand the implications of this work, I suspect that you will be as excited about programmed water as I am. Both small amounts ( coffee cup sizes ) and large amounts of water ( dams and lakes ) were used as test samples. In all cases the water showed molecular change. Also test samples were exposed to music and even photographs to see if these energies impacted the water as well. They did.
In other research, scientists have learned that water molecules have a north and south pole and behave much like a magnet. This means that the molecules can actually store information in much the same way as magnetic tape!
The science of biophysics has shown that even when a solution is diluted to a ratio of 1: 10 to the 200th power that the electromagnetic frequency of the original substance introduced at this dilution can still be measured. The energy field of the original substance can be photographed as well in the diluted sample. (Brugemann, Hans: Bioresonance and Multiresonance Therapy, Haug International)
This is evidence that water stores information at an energy level, that this information can be stored for a period of time and that the information is shared with all living things which contact the water.
After reading of these experiments, I became quite interested in the idea of healing and experimenting with water that has been modified at the molecular level. My research soon indicated that this was hardly an original thought.
Ordinary water had been used by various cultures for thousands of years as a treatment and cure for a large variety of illnesses, and to some extent, people have experimented with programmed water as well.
Research by Dr. Masaru Emoto was the primary force that led up to the PWP (Programmed Water Project). I reasoned that if ordinary water could be successfully used for healing then programmed water might be more effective. Perhaps the modified water could be used for other things also, e.g. increased plant production, disease prevention, meat production, and even behavior modification and as an emotional tune up for the body.
I decided that the term programmed water best described what I wanted to do. Although homemade Holy Water would have been a good term too, it didn tell the whole story. When you program a computer you give it a set of instructions. That was the idea with the water, to experiment with water that has had it's energy modified or programmed according to a specific intent.
There were many questions to ask about this whole concept of programmed water. I got excited and bogged down at the same time. Each question seemed to lead to more questions. Then I got the idea to enlist others to help research the properties and characteristics of programmed water via a web site.
On the web site, I could quickly conduct additional experiments using people all over the world. Stories would be posted detailing the success and failures of different procedures and uses for programmed water. Tests could be done to determine the best technique or protocol to program the water, the optimum charging time, most effective dosages, etc.
As information was collected and posted to the web site even more questions would arise and this would stimulate more experiments. At some point scientists would be encouraged to investigate the merits of programmed water, and large clinical tests could be conducted to prove it's validity.
After reading this book and trying some experiments with programmed water on your own, I hope that you will log on and share your experience. To visit the Programmed Water Project web site go to http://www.ProgrammedWaterProject.com.
Eventually the data gathered from the web site will be included in an updated version of this book so that even more people can benefit from this technology. If Dr. Emoto is correct, this idea could help clean polluted rivers, lakes, and water supplies. If I am right, it can also be used to cure and prevent disease and emotional disorders. Programmed water is almost certain to have many other uses as well.
Your help in this research can make the world a better place to live for all of us. Imagine being able to improve the quality of drinking water, cure and prevent disease, increase plant and animal production, and possibly eliminate habits like smoking or over eating. Imagine being able to do these things on your own at no cost whatsoever and with no formal training. Imagine what a self help technology like this could do for you. And imagine what this protocol could do for people in the Third World who can barely afford food, let alone medicine or clean drinking water.
In this book you will be introduced to the concept of programmed water and learn how to make and use it yourself. We will examine some traditional water cures using ordinary water and learn about historical applications of programmed water as well. We will try to ask and answer as many questions about programmed water as possible. I will do my best to encourage you to visit the web site often to monitor and perhaps choose to participate in the programmed water project.
CHAPTER 2. WATER CURES, OLD and NEW
As mentioned ordinary water has been used for healing for thousands of years. If this is true, then why hasn't western medicine paid more attention to using water as a possible cure? The cynical answer of course is that there is no money in it. Because of this simple fact, water cures attract very few research dollars.
The lack of funding to study water cures is even more amazing when you consider that nearly everyone agrees that we should drink more water. Before I discuss some traditional water cures, I would like to share part of an e mail message that I received the other day:
WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.
The message continued to list the properties of a popular brand of Soda Pop.
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two gallons of Soda Pop in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Soda Pop and the steak will be gone in two days.
3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Soda Pop into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Soda Pop removes stains from vitreous China.
4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers, Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Soda Pop.
5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals, Pour a can of Soda Pop over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
6. To loosen a rusted bolt, Apply a cloth soaked in Soda Pop to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
7. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Soda Pop into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Soda Pop will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
8. The active ingredient in soda pop is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase in osteoporosis.
The message continued with a few more little known facts about the soft drink and then asked the question, "Which would you rather have, a soda pop or a glass of water"? I have been thinking about this a great deal. When our body cries for water why do we reach for a high priced substitute instead? Have we been so thoroughly brainwashed that we believe that if something costs more, then it must be better? I am afraid the answer is yes, and we seem to believe that a high cost equals a high value.
I have written this book to demonstrate that when it comes to healing and health care, a high cost does not mean a good value. One of the most effective medicines the world has ever known comes right out of your kitchen faucet! With this in mind, I would like to discuss some historical water cures which use ordinary water.
WATER CURES
Ayur-Veda is the traditional medical science of India and Usha Paana Chikitsa is one of India's traditional water cures. Usha means dawn or early morning. Paana means drink or water. Chikitsa means treatment. Usha Paana Chikitsa means Dawn Water Treatment.
It is claimed that the following conditions have been cured using this traditional water treatment: headache, blood pressure/hyper tension, anemia, rheumatism, general paralysis, obesity, arthritis, sinusitis, tachycardia, giddiness, cough, asthma, bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis (t.b.), meningitis, kidney stones, urogenital diseases, hyper acidity, gastro-enteritis, dysentery, rectal piodapse, constipation, hostorthobics, diabetes, eye diseases, red eye, irregular menstruation, leukemia, uterine cancer, breast cancer, and laryngitis.
Scientists tell us that this water cure works because, if done correctly, it stimulates the production of new blood. In medical terms this is known as Haematopaises. Blood is well known for its role in restoring health, and for this reason, water should be consumed on a regular basis.
The Usha Paana Chikitsa treatment for adults is simple. First thing every morning drink 5 - 6 glasses of water (1.5 liters). No food or other drinks should be taken for one hour after this therapy. Also it is important that no alcohol be consumed the previous night.
The amount of time required for the cure to take effect varies according to the condition. According to this theory, something simple like constipation is said to be usually cured after one day's treatment. acidity in about two days, diabetes in about seven days. More serious conditions like high blood pressure and cancer, take a month of treatment. Extreme illnesses like TB can take 3 - 4 months of the water treatment. In some instances like arthritis or rheumatism, patients are asked to take this treatment three times a day, one hour before mealtime.
This is the traditional Usha Paana Chikitsa (Dawn Water Treatment) water cure. I cannot say that I know anyone who has tried this personally, but it sounds like it does have some merit because it has been used for so many years.
This is especially the case when you consider the resent work of Fereydoon Batmanghelidj M.D., who received his medical education and training at St. Mary's Hospital Medical School of London University. He has spent most of his scientific life researching the link between pain and disease and chronic dehydration.
About twenty years ago he was a political prisoner in Iran. While in prison he successfully treated 3000 of his fellow prisoners for peptic ulcer disease with only water! No other medicine was available at the prison.
He has learned that the body indicates dehydration by inducing pain. Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj believes that dehydration at the cellular level is responsible for a variety of diseases, and drinking enough water is the cure.
He claims that by drinking large amounts of ordinary water, like the Usha Paana Chikitsa, that the following can be cured: reduce blood pressure naturally, lower blood cholesterol without medication, lose unwanted pounds, regain youthful skin, increase mental power and alertness, become stress-free, prevent and cure migraine headaches, prevent Alzheimer's disease, prevent heart disease, permanently cure angina pain, regain sexual powers, cure asthma in a few days, early adult-onset diabetes, and even multiple sclerosis.
In addition to water, the Doctor also prescribes salt for some diseases. He says that, " These conditions are caused by prolonged chronic dehydration. They will clear up once the body becomes well and regularly hydrated. In these conditions, exercising one's muscles should be part of the treatment program." Some doctors advise against too much salt, but he says that if your body is getting enough water then it can handle more salt.
In his book, "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" Dr. F. Batmanghelidj states:
"Since the water we drink provides for cell function and its volume requirements, the decrease in our daily water intake affects the efficiency of cell activity. (...) As a result, chronic dehydration causes symptoms that equal disease when the variety of emergency signals of dehydration are not understood." (p.14)
"These chronic pains include dyspeptic pain, rheumatoid arthritis pain, angina pain (heart pain on walking, or even at rest), migraine and hangover headaches, colitis pain and its associated constipation. The view shift dictates that all these pains should be treated with a regular adjustment to daily water intake. No less than two and a half quarts (a quart is slightly less than a liter) in 24 hours should be taken for a few days prior to the routine and regular use of analgesics or other pain relieving medications." (p.19)
"If the problem has persisted for many years, those who wish to test the pain relieving property of water should make sure their kidneys can make sufficient urine so that they do not retain too much water in the body. Urine output should be measured against water intake. With an increase in water intake, the urine output should also increase." (p.19)
According to Dr. F. Batmanghelidj, "Your (adult) body needs an absolute minimum of six 8 ounce glasses of water a day. [ 8 ounces is equivalent to app. 2.25 deciliter ] Alcohol, coffee, tea, and caffeine containing beverages don't count as water. The best times to drink water (clinically observed in peptic ulcer disease) are: one glass one half hour before taking breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a similar amount two and one half hours after each meal. This is the very minimum amount of water your body needs. For the sake of not shortchanging your body, two more glasses of water should be taken around the heaviest meal or before going to bed. Thirst should be satisfied at all times. With increase in water intake, the thirst mechanism becomes more efficient. Your body might then ask you to drink more than the above minimum. Adjusting water intake to mealtimes prevents the blood from becoming concentrated as a result of food intake. When the blood becomes concentrated, it draws water from the cells around it. Water is the cheapest form of medicine to a dehydrated body. (...) There is more natural magic in a glass of water than any medication you are brainwashed to use for the treatment of the conditions I have explained in this book. And I do not sell water!" (p.127)
Both the water cures described above prescribe drinking ordinary water. In Japan doctors are having great success by using acid and alkaline water. For example, diabetes patients with gangrenous limbs drink a liter or two of alkaline water each day while bathing their limbs in acid water. The result is disappearance of the gangrene, and the wound heals. The only other alternative offered by doctors is amputation! Also the Japanese have found many uses for acid and alkaline water, both for personal health and in agriculture.
My idea is to substitute programmed water for the ordinary water used in the traditional water cures described above. In less than one week of programmed water use, I have been able to lower my blood pressure over twenty points, to a level where blood pressure medication is no longer needed! After reading this book, you will understand why I call programmed water the supercharged water therapy.
