It is up to each of us as to what contribution we make to this world. America can win this war against a socialist and immoral society. It will not be a get well quick fix, but each of us can make a difference. We need to be ashamed to leave our posterity the world as it is now. We did not inherit it like it is now, so we should fix it before we leave.

The state is all; the individual is of importance only as he contributes to the welfare of the state. His property is his only as the State does not need it. He must hold his life and possessions at the call of the State.” Bernard Baruch Advisor to Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal. “Everything for the State, nothing outside the State, Nothing above the State!”v Benito Mussolini Fascist dictator of Italy “We are socialist, we are enemies of today's capitalistic economic system . . . , and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions.” Adolph Hitler National Socialist dictator of Germany “Every new local or federal public ownership project is an added nail in the coffin that will finally contain capitalism.” Joseph Stalin Communist dictator

In Part I, this booklet traces the post-Independence struggles in the United States for the realization of the ideals of the early Enlightenment thinkers, with particular emphasis on the practical struggles of the working class. The mid nineteenth to the mid twentieth centuries origin and fates of the theories of Charles Darwin and Karl Marx in this country, are seen through the ideological lenses of the various classes, groups, and individual. We get glimpses of the pracgtical objectives of the culturally influential religious revivals, social Darwinist movement, and the current "dunbing down" of the US population - al of which had (and have ) the support and/or blessings of the corporate and political elite, down through the decades. In Part II, the author presents a reappraisal, mainly by academic Marxists in the advanced capitalist ststes,of the demise of soviet socialism, and their alternatives for a non- market socialism with transparency - Democratic Participatory Socialism. It is the hope of this writer that the ideas within will seed more discussion on socialsit theory and practice.

At war´s end, will there be a Communist revolution in Italy (and France)? This is the question impinging on the very life, the dream and lethal conspiracy of a (French-Canadian) American visionary serving in the American Army in Italy in the closing days of World War II...and the opening days of the Cold War. He does not suspect another question: Has Stalin exerted himself to block such a revolution? Could the victorious Yugoslavs and the insurgent Greeks be defying Stalin? His dream: through revolutionary unification an intellectuals’ Europe secure from war, resurgent in power and culture. *A paean to internationalist-inspired high treason as well as a cautionary tale against it. *A metaphor of a spiritual ordeal not only transfixing the epoch of the Cold War, but in different guises our own as well. *Passionate, heroic, brooding, romantic, sinister, threatening, poignant, tender, wildly ribald. *A national epic for an Italy -- even a Europe...never to be born. Its hero: Jean LeFey, a professorial blend of Captain Ahab, Lenin, and Woody Allen.

This book has been needed for a long time. The main reason the liberals (collectivists/socialists) have made such gains in recent years is that a majority of Americans just “don’t pay attention to politics.” Some are proud of it, as I used to be until I had an epiphany: “Even though I paid no attention to politics (because of the apathy I was frustrated by in the sixties), politics WILL pay attention to ME.” Ignoring politics is like ignoring that pickpocket while he steals your wallet. We MUST start “paying attention to politics” or politics will ruin us, maybe even KILL us. My own SON says he “has more important things to do” (talk about a prophet having no respect in his own home town). The fact is if we don’t start paying attention to what our politicians and bureaucrats, never mind our judges and Supreme Court Justices (appointed by our politicians) are doing to our rights and the Constitution itself, soon there will come a time when we have NO rights and the Constitution will be as dead as the liberals wish it to be.

“Walking the Plank: To a Dhimmi Nation” reveals how America has been systematically submitting to Islam for decades as American businessmen and politicians endorse Islamic causes in exchange for oil, money, and power. Mary Christina Love describes Islam as a Russian Doll, with each victory leading to a larger victory. She shows how Islam is exerting increasing influence on America through immigration, oil economics, cultural exchange, education, political correctness, financial contributions, and the threat of terror; with 9/11 instrumental in enabling Islamic expansion in the United States by destroying evidence of who the world’s real imperialists are, and affording Muslims an affront to feel aggrieved and demand special protection status. Cohorts in what could result in the largest coup d´état ever, Globalists and Islamists are allies that use a potpourri of tactics to eliminate Capitalism and Democracy to create a one-world government. The global warming theory, the recent financial crisis, the bailout, cap and trade, and the health care plan will establish a framework that if successful, will ultimately drive America into generations of dhimmitude. Mary Christina Love describes dhimmitude, a pacifist reaction to aggression, as submission to Islamic demands resulting from cowardice, vulnerability, bribery and extortion. A dhimmi is a non-Muslim entity that accepts the conditions of Islamic law and remains safe by surrendering to Islamic terms. She provides current, and historical examples such as the Barbary Wars, to show how America is submitting to Islam through concession and appeasement under coercion and constant fear of reprisal.
