The most excellent way!
At last, a sensible approach to bullying; one that breeds respect and keeps childrens and adults dignities intact.
This book is a potpourri of stories, anecdotes, ideas, challenges, sound concepts, and effective strategies that may well revolutionise our thinking about bullying.
Bullying can be defined as a repeated, persistent, or systematic action by one or more people that violates another persons rights to feel safe and be respected. Bullying is all about power imbalance. Bully-proofing is therefore about balancing the power.
The BUZ Gimme 5 Tactics for Bully-proofing rebalances the power through a collective of strategies that empower children. Along with other level-headed proposals and ideas, it has the potential to make our schools, communities, and homes places where children are safe and treated with respect.

The story of the destruction of my childhood, Mother...why?, Is a narrative with three dimensional characters; a true life story which may leave the reader in suspense about many things but not about the joy of finally releasing the pain, and agony of victimization and blossoming into a woman who can now see the light which shines at the end of the tunnel. I intend to write other works which will end with the finale of a complete story which extends the bounds of crossing over from the pain and sorrow of living a defeated life in comparison to the joy and peace finding spirituality has given me with the experience, and satisfaction of the revelation of truth, along with the freedom received once I faced all the ugliness allowing the healing process to begin.

The purpose of the book is to present a decade long period of research and experience regarding the authors healing from sexual abuse. The hope of the book is to provide information and thus offer a measure of assistance to others in their own healing process and those who treat them. If Surviving Survival meets its goals, it would do so by communicating to readers who are survivors that they are not alone in what they have endured and to those caring for and about survivors what particular needs exist for those harmed by sexual abuse. The perspective of one womans journey has value in its example and its use of the very principles the book suggests. In this respect Surviving Survival may appeal to survivors, their loved ones and clinicians as the universal and unique aspects of healing are brought forth in the writing.
