We want good health throughout life and meaningful relationships full of love, acceptance, and the freedom to grow.

The whole philosophy of Jesus can be summed up in the words, "It is done unto you as you believe." Clinical studies have proven that it takes twenty-one days to form a new habit. So if you want to change your life, you must embody a new thought, a new idea, and a new belief about yourself. You must see yourself being, doing, and having that which you desire. To really embody the idea, you must live it for twenty-one days. Practice the idea for at least twenty-one days, and a new habit will be established.
Whether one wishes to eliminate a habit or begin a new one, this process will bring positive results when used religiously. All of life's experiences begin with the ideas in your mind. Changes also begin in the mind. We must have a mental equivalent to that which we are to demonstrate outwardly. That is the premise upon which The Secret to a New Life in Twenty-One Days is presented.If you want to really feel the essence of these ideas, use what I call my "20-20 plan" for twenty-one days. The plan consists of reading and contemplating one segment for twenty minutes and then meditating passively for twenty minutes on the ideas presented, twice a day. Do this upon arising in the morning and, in the evening, a few hours before retiring. First, read the scriptural passage, the body of the chapter, and the spiritual mind treatment, which is also referred to as affirmative prayer, in this book.
Second, try as much as possible to allow yourself to feel it—to truly embody the idea. Don't force or coerce the process—just allow it to happen. Then, reread the chapter in the first person. That's the "20-20 plan." After you have read and meditated, it is important to document your insights in your Daily Prayer Journal. Use it for twenty-one days, and you will notice significant changes in your outlook and experiences in life. You will see yourself differently, you will feel differently, and you will act differently. You will have begun a "New Life." That is the secret. Whatever your experience, I would like to hear from you.
