Chris Rollins began his fundraising career as a volunteer at his hometown hospital, served on several nonprofit boards, and was president of his advertising club and state hospital association’s fundraising society. His professional path has included chief development officer roles in healthcare and human services, and a senior consulting role. He has taught many classes to professionals and volunteers, written numerous articles, and mentored many newcomers. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, has a BA in communications, and an MBA. Born in Baltimore, he currently resides in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey with his beautiful wife and daughters. He is a terrible pianist, a frustrated guitarist, and no slouch behind the drums; speaks bad German, quietly cheers for the Orioles, and still hasn’t gotten over the Colts’ move to Indianapolis.
